What we store

Your workspace stores the contacts you add, the conversations you hold, your team members and their roles, your campaign and automation definitions, and monthly usage counters. WhatsApp connection credentials are encrypted on the server and are never sent to your browser.

How it is used

Data is used to run the product: routing conversations to your team, sending the messages you compose, producing delivery reports and showing your usage. Each organisation is isolated; only members of that workspace can read its data.

WhatsApp policy

Messaging people on WhatsApp requires their documented opt-in. Marketing messages must use templates approved by WhatsApp, and anyone can opt out at any time — Tawasul records the opt-in source and time for every contact and honours unsubscribe requests.

Your choices

You can export or delete your contacts at any time from the application, and you can ask us to remove your workspace entirely. Contact details are published on this site.
