Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-10-06

The service

Tawasul is a self-service workspace for WhatsApp Business communications provided by Nkelani Studio. You are responsible for the content you send and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Do not message people without documented consent, do not send unlawful or misleading content, and do not attempt to bypass WhatsApp sending limits or template rules. We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform or its numbers at risk.

Fees

Plan fees are billed for the platform. WhatsApp conversation charges are set by Meta, change from time to time, and are passed through to you at cost as documented on the plans page.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance and provider outages can happen. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the application before they take effect.
